“Elevated Perspective” is a 9-inch bronze rendering of a snowy owl by artist Dale Weiler. RTPI is currently selling raffle tickets for a drawing to be held the first week of September. This sculpture, one of a limited edition of 50, is valued at $1500, and may also be purchased at this price.
