Elephant and Cattle Egret
No, Homer, that bird (Cattle Egret) is not “killing the elephant” so there is no need to stop him. It may not do too much “grooming” either, Lisa, but they are known to pluck some insects from their hides and it is certainly enjoying a feast of whatever small prey, especially insects, that the large mammal disturbs. The Simpsons was a very educational and bird-friendly television show back in the day!
