Hours of Operation:
The museum is open Wednesday through Saturday, from 10 am to 4 pm. We are closed Sunday-Tuesday and holidays*. Our grounds and trails are open seven days a week, dawn to dusk.

Visitor Guidelines:
In response to Covid-19, RTPI – along with all other cultural organizations and all places of public business – must adhere to strict visitor protocols to ensure the health and protection of staff, volunteers and visitors. Please postpone your visit if you are not feeling well.
Please adhere to the following guidelines during your visit to RTPI:
- Wear a mask that covers your mouth and nose at all times.
- Maintain a distance of at least 6 feet between yourself and others.
- Abide by occupancy limits in galleries and other museum spaces.
- One person in the restroom at a time.
- Use hand sanitizer liberally immediately before and after purchasing museum admission or museum store merchandise.
- Use hand sanitizer liberally immediately before and after handling merchandise in the museum store.
- Do not use the drinking fountains.
Museum Policies:
- Flash photography is not permitted.
- Do not touch any artwork or artifacts on display in the museum.
- Food and drink is not permitted in RTPI’s gallery spaces.
- Wedding and commercial photographs are not permitted inside the museum.
- Smoking or use of other tobacco products is not permitted on the premises.
