Summer Ends Sunset
Here was a summer ending sunset last week with the feel of autumn as the leaves are beginning to slowly turn to begin our journey into the beauty of fall foliage. The four seasons are what make the outdoors so special here in our neck of the woods.

This is not a very good photo, but it is a very good bird – the Whimbrel (Numenius phaeopus). If you live near any coastal areas you should keep an eye and an ear open to watch and listen for them migrating by right now, as this bird was doing.
